01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and b4999 ("b4999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://b4999.bet (the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

b4999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, b4999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via the email address associated with their account or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict arising from a translation or summary of these Terms in any other language, the English-language version shall prevail. All communications between b4999 and users, including customer support interactions, will be conducted in English.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. b4999 operates as an online entertainment platform. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so. b4999 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

02 Account Registration

To access the full range of features on the b4999 Platform — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a personal account. Account registration is free of charge. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep that information updated at all times.

Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the b4999 Platform. If b4999 discovers that a person holds more than one account — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment method details — all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended immediately. Any balance held across those accounts, including deposits and winnings, may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited entirely if the multiple-account policy is confirmed to have been deliberately circumvented.

Account Verification (KYC)

b4999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or utility bill confirming address. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or permanent account closure. Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b4999 login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. b4999 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify b4999 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Prohibited Registrants

You are not permitted to register a b4999 account if any of the following apply:

• You are under 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a b4999 employee or contractor.
• You are subject to a self-exclusion order on b4999 or any other gaming platform with which b4999 has a shared exclusion agreement.

03 Age Restriction

b4999 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. During the registration process, all users must confirm that they are 18 years of age or older. This confirmation constitutes a binding declaration. If b4999 has reasonable cause to suspect that an account holder may be under 18 years of age, b4999 reserves the right to:

• Suspend the account immediately, pending age verification.

• Permanently close the account and void all bets and transactions if the user is confirmed to be under 18.
• Refund deposits (net of any withdrawals already made) where legally required, but forfeit all winnings accumulated on the account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the b4999 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). b4999 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. b4999 does not charge any fee to users for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. Third-party fees charged by payment service providers are outside b4999's control and are the responsibility of the user.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100.
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to the user's b4999 account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
• b4999 accepts deposits only from payment accounts registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• b4999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 via mobile banking and ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method and account name used for the most recent deposit or the verified account on file. b4999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within five minutes during normal operating hours (BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• b4999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 per transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period. Fulfilment of such checks may delay processing.
• Funds may only be withdrawn once any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met in full. Unmet wagering requirements will prevent withdrawal of the bonus portion of the balance.

Anti-Money-Laundering Policy

b4999 is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. b4999 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities in compliance with applicable law. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be immediately suspended, and all funds on the account will be frozen pending investigation.

05 Bonus Terms

b4999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a b4999 account must be wagered a minimum number of times before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion description. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be bet a total of 30 times before a withdrawal can be made. Contributions of different game types toward wagering requirements vary: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute based on minimum odds stated in the promotion.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the expiry period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. b4999 will not reinstate expired bonuses.

Bonus Abuse

b4999 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where b4999 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• b4999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, b4999's decision is final.

06 User Obligations

By using the b4999 Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from engaging in any conduct that b4999 considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform, other users, or b4999's business operations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Attempt to access the Platform using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other means not authorised by b4999.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity that compromises the fairness of any game or betting market offered on the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the b4999 Platform.
• Use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its performance, security, or availability.
• Transmit or upload any content through the Platform that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, obscene, or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Exploit software errors, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Use the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment. Commercial use of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

b4999 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these user obligations, and to take any action it deems appropriate, up to and including account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held on the account.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your b4999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a verified closure request, b4999 will process any eligible outstanding withdrawal balance to your nominated payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided that all wagering requirements have been met and no investigation is pending on the account. Once the balance has been paid out and the account closed, this action may not be reversed.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period directly from their account settings after completing the b4999 login process. Self-exclusion options are available for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, access to the account is blocked and all promotional communications are suspended. b4999 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will not attempt to persuade a self-excluding user to return to the Platform. Account Suspension by b4999

b4999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, provision of false identity information, confirmed underage use, bonus abuse, or behaviour that b4999 considers detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, b4999 will aim to complete the investigation and communicate an outcome within 14 business days.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account for any reason, you will no longer be able to access any features of the b4999 Platform using that account. Any bonus balance remaining in a closed account will be forfeited. Withdrawal of genuine deposit funds and verified winnings will be processed in accordance with b4999's standard withdrawal terms, subject to the outcome of any applicable investigation.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b4999, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the b4999 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any feature thereof, whether planned or unplanned.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or other content displayed on the Platform resulting from a technical error, provided that b4999 corrects the error promptly upon becoming aware of it.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank.
• Any decision made by b4999 in good faith to suspend an account or void a bet in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits b4999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Platform Availability

b4999 will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Platform is available and fully functional at all times. However, b4999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability. b4999 will aim to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

Third-Party Game Providers

Games hosted on the b4999 Platform are provided by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. b4999 acts as a distributor of these games and is not responsible for the underlying software, game mechanics, or payout algorithms of third-party titles. Any dispute relating to the outcome of a third-party game must be raised with b4999's support team, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.
